I got my start in the kitchen at just 10 years old, washing dishes in my parents’ restaurant. From the very beginning, I was hooked—the energy, the camaraderie, the creativity. Cooking always made sense to me, even when the rest of the world didn’t.
As a teenager, I worked every position in the restaurant—bar back, line cook, and everything in between—fully embracing the chaos and passion of the industry. Culinary school deepened my love for food, and I poured my heart into every dish. But as my career grew, so did the pressure. The industry mantra, “The customer is always right,” slowly chipped away at my confidence, and my worth became tied to external validation.
When I became a mother, I juggled long hours, late nights, and an impossible to-do list. I had landed my dream job as a private chef to some of the world’s most successful people, yet I was miserable—80 pounds overweight, exhausted, and completely burnt out. The joy I once found in cooking had disappeared.
Desperate for answers, I searched for what was “wrong” with me—until I heard one powerful phrase: “Your thoughts create your results.”That moment changed everything.
I became obsessed with understanding the mind, diving deep into the psychology of mindset. I realized I had spent years handing my power over to my circumstances—my boss, my schedule, my clients—believing they dictated my happiness. But when I shifted my mindset, everything changed. I rediscovered my energy, my purpose, and most importantly, my joy—without changing a single external factor.
Now, as a Certified Mindset and Performance Coach, I help ambitious women Chefs break free from burnout and reclaim their power. My mission is simple: to help women in the culinary industry transform exhaustion into intention, fatigue into energy, and pressure into purpose. Because success should feel as good as it looks.
